Pooja Nayar

Pooja is a management consultant and a legal advisor having an experience of more than 18 years working with multinational companies. She brings with her extensive experience from the corporate world and is now considered amongst the new breed of dynamic management trainers addressing the practical concerns of the students and the workforce. She has helped companies in formulating the marketing strategies and offered legal support in BFSI, IT, IT-enabled services, BPO and manufacturing sector.

She has built, trained and managed number of large teams from various cross cultural backgrounds. This diverse exposure has given her the opportunity to take up the role of an agent of transformation. Currently working towards SDG of quality education by creating an employable workforce through proper skill development and career counseling. Pooja is associated with several corporates and educational institutions across India. She is member of TIE Chandigarh and a Co-chair of TIE University Chapter.
